  Salt House Concerts

Tonight : Delilah De Wylde - Rockabilly

Salt of the Earth is recognized as a premier listening room by touring musicians and music lovers alike. Enjoy full dinner and beverage service in our bar and experience the best roots musicians on the scene. Generally, all shows start at 6pm and run approximately two hours with a short intermission. Ticket prices vary and all door proceeds go directly to the artist. Call 269.561.7258 to reserve your table.

Regular dining for non-concert goers is offered in the dining room on all concert nights.

  Hempy Keyboard Series: Young Hyun Cho

Sunday 2:00 p.m. at Saugatuck Center for the Arts

Young Hyun Cho is an Associate Professor of Piano at Michigan State University.  She received her D.M.A. from Eastman School of Music with Dr. Nelita True, M.M. and G.P.D. from Peabody Conservatory with Boris Slutsky, and B.M. from Seoul National University with Mikyung Kim. Prior to her appointment at MSU, Young Hyun Cho was an Associate Professor of Piano at the University of Texas at Arlington.  Purchase tickets here.

  Animation Club

Monday - 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at Saugatuck-Douglas Library

For 4th - 5th grade students. Make your own movies using stop-motion technology. Bring your own snack. Sign up is required. Call the Library to reserve your spot (269)857-8241. Space is limited!

  Broom Making with Jill Woods

7:00 PM to 08:00 PM at Saugatuck-Douglas Library

Learn about broom making and create your own to take home. Sign up is required. Call the Library to reserve your spot (269)857-8241. $5 donation is suggested. Jill Woods has been sharing her crafts for over 30 years. She began teaching basketry in Allegan in the late 1990s and later added broom making and wicker repair to her class list.
